Provide hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance.
Develop skills in HR technology, payroll management, and performance evaluation.
Equip interns with knowledge of HR best practices for the aerospace and engineering sectors.

Internship description

Job Name – HR Internship Trainee
Duraton- 1.3.6 Months
Location – Remote
Day – Mon To Sat
Training Hours -12 hr/Week
Time – 6 Pm -8 Pm

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interest in HR processes and a passion for the space tech or edutech industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention and a chance to build a professional network.
