Program Objectives

  • Provide hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Develop skills in HR technology, payroll management, and performance evaluation.
  • Equip interns with knowledge of HR best practices for the aerospace and engineering sectors.

Internship description

  • Job Name – HR Internship Trainee
  • Duraton- 1.3.6 Months 
  • Location – Remote 
  • Day – Mon To Sat
  • Training Hours -12 hr/Week 
  • Time – 6 Pm -8 Pm

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in HR processes and a passion for the space tech or edutech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention and a chance to build a professional network.
